Community Volunteer Interpreter

We’re recruiting for a Community Volunteer Interpreter to join RLS.

In this role, you would play a vital role in ensuring newly arrived asylum seekers can access clear information about the UK asylum process at legal outreach sessions. These sessions are often the first time people have received reliable information, and interpreters are essential in making them accessible to all.

You’ll have the opportunity to build experience in the asylum and legal sector while contributing meaningfully to our community support work. You’ll work closely alongside our outreach team and community members to support in-person workshops.

The full details of the role, including how to apply, can be found in the job description below.

Please note, the Community Volunteer Interpreter needs to be based in the UK as the role involves attending in-person workshops.
