APBI has prepared two template letters to support applicants under the UK’s Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP) and its forerunner, the Ex-Gratia Scheme (EGS), who have been affected by the Afghan data breach.
The Follow-Up Letter is a template designed for applicants who are waiting for a decision on their ARAP/EGS application and need assistance in requesting that a decision be made urgently.
The Application for Fresh Review is a template intended for clients whose applications were refused and who seek a review to challenge a negative eligibility decision.
Alongside these, we have produced Letter Guides, which explain how to use the templates effectively. You are strongly advised to read the guides before using the letters. The guides are available in English, Dari, and Pashto.
